The head of the French Republic Francois Hollande will act for the abolition of the punishment relative to Russia If progress in resolving the fall in Ukraine will continue.

"The Minsk agreement must be made before the end of the year. Need to go before the end, as well as among them in matters of local elections, laws on autonomy, decentralization of areas in the East of Ukraine. If this process is completed, I will take steps to lift the sanctions, " said Hollande at a press conference on the first day of the week.
