As explained managing analytical unit of the Department of information technology of Moscow Alexey Chukarin, in the city of Moscow from July, the cost of laptops and ultrabooks increased by 17%. After the growth of the dollar, the average cost of the laptop exceeded 32.5 thousand rubles, and ultrabooks - 66.7 thousand rubles. PC went up in price by 18% and at the moment its cost, in comparison with July, - 54,5 thousand.

The reasons for the increase of tariffs was not only the swaying of the exchange rate, but the simultaneous increase in tariffs trade networks.
