The leader of nationalist party "Freedom" Oleg Tyagnibok said about the intention to file a lawsuit Tuesday to the head of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov accused of belonging to the organization of and participation in the riots at the building Happy.

More than 150 people, including More than 60 national guardsmen, was damaged during the riots on August 31 at the Parliament building since the adoption of the MPs in the first reading of changes to the Constitution of the country in terms of decentralization. Later it was announced about the death of 3 commandos because of the resulting in riots injuries. Interior Minister Avakov has been accused of participating and organizing the riots the party "Freedom" and Tyahnybok as its leader.

"Today (Tuesday edition), I sign the claim in the Pechersky district court in Kyiv regarding the protection of honor and dignity, refutation of false information and protection of business reputation against the statements of the head of the Ministry of internal Affairs Avakov," said Tuesday correspondents Tyagnibok.

On the morning of Tuesday Tyagnibok came for re-examination in the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine in the case of riots at the building Happy. The building held a peace rally in his support.
