The Ukrainian Government has appointed elections to local authorities on 25 October. The Authorities of the Luhansk people's Republic has appointed the local elections on 1 November, and in Donetsk people's Republic, they are obliged to pass on 18 October.

"Klimkin said the inadmissibility of the local elections at a time of uncontrolled territories in violation of the law of Ukraine that will lead to the disruption of the Minsk agreements and damage to a political solution of the conflict ", - is informed in the report.
