The leader of nationalist party "Freedom" Oleg Tyagnibok has filed a libel suit concerning the head of the MIA of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.

More than 150 people, including More than 60 national guardsmen, was damaged during the riots on August 31 at the Parliament building since the adoption of the MPs in the first reading of changes to the Constitution of the country in terms of decentralization. Later it was announced about the death of 3 commandos because of the resulting in riots injuries. The head of the Ministry of internal Affairs Avakov has been accused of participating and organizing the riots the party "Freedom" and Tyahnybok as its leader.

"This lawsuit is filed," said on Wednesday correspondents, the Head of the Kiev party cell of "Freedom" Andrew Machnik.

according to his statement, the lawsuit was filed in the Pechersky district court in Kyiv regarding the protection of honor and dignity, refutation of false information and protection of business reputation.
