German Chancellor Angela Merkel, speaking from the rostrum of the Bundestag, outlined on the positive side of the cooperation between Berlin and Moscow. She stressed that, despite the tensions of the relationship with Russia amid the Ukrainian crisis, inspires her international work with Moscow.

As an example, Merkel led multilateral cooperation, which led to reaching an agreement with Iran on its nuclear program.
