The Pechersky district court of Kyiv has begun to consider of the petition of the investigation the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine on election of a measure of restraint for the former member of Parliament from the nationalist party "Freedom" Yury Sirotyuk, said on Thursday the investigating judge Vladimir Karaban.

More than 150 people, including More than 60 national guardsmen, was damaged during the riots on August 31 at the Parliament building since the adoption of the MPs in the first reading of changes to the Constitution of the country in terms of decentralization. Later it was announced about the death of 3 commandos because of the resulting in riots injuries. Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has been accused of participating and organizing the riots the party "Freedom" Oleg Tyahnybok as its leader. Police said on suspicion of belonging to the riots of 18 persons, among them three former deputies of Svoboda.
