If this Protocol will identify the obligations of all 3 sides, mutual obligations, then such a document, roughly speaking, possible. If it will be just about any scenario for the formation of the bonuses on the gas, then, of course, this does not suit us. Time is too short, because the autumn-winter period has already begun, and gas in UGS of Ukraine of today is not enough," said Novak in an interview with TV channel "Russia 24".
