The Minister of transport DND semen Kuzmenko stated before that the self-proclaimed Republic has blocked supplies of coal to Ukraine and will resume them in the event of the lifting of the blockade on fuel and spare parts for the cars and locomotives and ceasefire.

"This Issue was discussed in Minsk, but the Ukrainian side was not authorized to decide something in a definite order, for this reason it will be another discussion (and) take place at the highest level in Kiev ", - said Pushilin.
