The head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Hroisman has ordered the relevant committees of Parliament to consider urgently the government bills aimed at strengthening social standards and the restructuring of the state debt and to provide early consideration in the session hall, informs on Thursday the press service of the VR.

"I am convinced that the deputies would react responsibly to reconsider those decisions expected by citizens. We can't waste time. We need to do everything in order from the end of September - beginning of October, the citizens began to receive increased social payments ", - said Groisman press service.

on Wednesday, the Cabinet of Ministers submitted to Parliament a package of draft laws on the restructuring and writedowns on government debt. On the same day in Parliament received the government's draft law on increase of the subsistence minimum and the minimum wage in Ukraine, said on Wednesday on the official Internet representation of the Parliament.

The Cabinet first approved the provisional rules for the restructuring of the external public debt of Ukraine, which were made on the results of talks in Kiev with the creditors ' Committee. According to these agreements, Kiev will write off 20% of the nominal debt - 3, 6 billion of the 18 billion dollars. Prime Minister of Ukraine said that the completion of the legal procedures of restructuring the Parliament shall enact a law.
