The Ministry does not expect a significant improvement in the oil and gas industry in the next 3 years. According to his calculations, the cost of petroleum products in 2016 will remain at the level of 2015 - $ 50 per barrel Urals, in the next two years it will increase to 55 and 60 dollars per barrel respectively.

The average export price for gas in 2016 Ministry of economy forecasts at a record low - 162 dollars per thousand cubic meters (in 2014 - 351 dollar, estimate 2015 - $ 237), in 2017-2018 - 184 and 194 dollars per thousand cubic meters.

Total Exports shall increase from 170, 2 billion in 2015 to 174, 7 billion cubic meters in 2016 and up to 184 billion cubic meters in 2018. Of them in 2016 128, 3 billion cubic meters will go to foreign countries, as well as among them through the pipeline to Turkey Blue Stream - 13, 7 billion cubic meters. Export to the CIS countries - 46, 4 billion cubic meters. In 2017 and 2018 the Ministry of economy expects a smooth increase: in the far abroad will be delivered 129. 5 billion and 131, 6 billion cubic meters respectively, in the short 48, 9 billion and 52, 4 billion cubic meters.

Delivery to Ukraine in the coming year is planned at the level of 10 billion cubic meters in 2017 - 12 billion cubic meters in 2018 to 14 billion cubic meters. However, this optimistic assessment: Kiev to the maximum reduces purchases from Gazprom this year as long as purchased only about 3, 7 billion cubic meters (forecast of the Ministry for 2015 and 10 billion cubic meters).

Gas production will gradually grow, according to the Ministry of economy, in 2016-2018 - 626, 635 and 645, 5 billion cubic meters respectively. Oil supplies abroad, on the contrary, will be reduced from 237 million tons in 2015 to 228, 5 million tons in 2016, 223, 5 million tons in 2017 and 234, 5 million tonnes in 2018. Mining, says the Ministry of economic development, also will gradually fall - 530, 5 million tons in 2015 to 525 million tons in 2018.
