The former chief operator of the main oil pipelines of Ukraine "Ukrtransnafta" Alexander Lazorko wanted, notified on the Internet office of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine.

before the meeting of shareholders of "Ukrtransnafta" has decided not to renew the employment relationship with spring suspended from office by the head of the organization's Board Lazorko.

As emphasized in the message of Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine, Lazorko is charged under paragraph "assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position" which provides till 12 years of imprisonment. According to the interior Ministry, Lazorko disappeared on 18 August of the current year.

in July the court of appeal of Volyn region obliged the state to prevent Lazorko to the management of the plant, but it is not reinstated.

Lazorko spring explained that his removal may be on the Charter of the organization, but documents about the initiation of the internal investigation he was not represented. Because of this, he believes his suspension is unlawful. According to his statement, the basis for his dismissal, it is only possible criminal divergence or damage to the organization.
