Kiev begins to set in the ranks of the new elite police special purpose
The Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine on Tuesday kicks off the set in the ranks of the new elite police special forces operational response, which will be called the Case of operational-sudden response (CAR).

It is planned that the first units of a new special purpose, which is intended to replace all existing units of special forces of the Ministry of the interior will start to work before the end of the year.

the development of a new special purpose provides for reform of the system of bodies of internal Affairs, which conducts Kiev. The first stage of the reform was the development of the patrol police. Now the new patrol law enforcement agencies working in Kyiv, Lviv and Odessa. The Ukrainian authorities intend to launch a new law enforcement agencies before the end of the year in seven cities - Kharkiv, Mykolayiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Uzhgorod, Mukachevo, Lutsk and Khmelnytsky. In the future it is Expected to reorganize the entire structure of the Ministry of internal Affairs.

It is expected that the new squad CAR will be created similar to the American special purpose SWAT (unit in American law enforcement agencies that use light weapons army types and special tactics operations with high level of risk. This rapid response team is able for 15-20 minutes to arrive in the area of emergency) and taking into account the experience of the Israeli special purpose.

It is known that Kiev has requested the assistance of the instructors in the USA new training commandos. According to the Secretary of Council of national security and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov, the new weapons of the special forces will be provided with modern equipment and better weapons.

This will be a thorough recruitment in departments, it is Expected that priority will be given to men who have experience of participation in hostilities in Eastern Ukraine.
