The sub-group on security issues of the contact group on settling the situation in Ukraine could not agree on the text of a Treaty on the withdrawal from the line of contact of the arms with a caliber of 100 millimeters, said the press service of the Plenipotentiary of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people's Republic at the talks in Minsk Denis Pushilin.
