Among placed under punishment of people - reporters, officials, political consultants, party members, lawyers, Directors of organizations, elected representatives of parliaments, international observers at the elections and referendums in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and Crimea, heads of factories of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, state authorities in the sphere of military-industrial complex and factories that implement infrastructure projects in Crimea.

relative to said persons imposed punishment in the form of refusal and cancellation of visas, and use of the other prohibitions of entry to the site of Ukraine, a ban on the establishment of business contacts, stopping financial transactions, deprivation of state awards of Ukraine and other forms of difference, the freezing of assets, and to prevent the removal of capital from the territory of Ukraine.
