NATO countries are unwilling to recognize the elections in the Donbass, if they will not respond to Ukrainian legislation, said Commonwealth Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.

"Any election that will be held in Eastern Ukraine, which will not respond to Ukrainian legislation, will be considered failures of the Minsk agreements, they will be considered fake elections and will not be recognized by any country member of the Commonwealth.
