"We did not discuss with Ukraine the question of ABOUT ", - he said at a mutual press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Stepan Poltorak.

Poltorak, for his part, said that " Ukraine is developing its own military-industrial complex and have already made progress ". Thus, he stressed that Kiev is ready " to accept help not only from North America but also from any other country for their own protection from aggression ".
