A court in Kiev on consideration of complaints about the detention Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Igor Mosiychuk postponed to 2 October, said on the last working day of the week in the process of meeting the presiding judge.

in the middle of September the Parliament of Ukraine has deprived of privacy and consented to the arrest and detention Mosiychuk. The consequence suspects him of taking bribes, hooliganism, threats and violence. The court issued him a measure of restraint in form of arrest for two months.

"The court, having conferred on a place, decides to defer consideration of the appeal complaint, to provide the opportunity for other attendees and the defence to submit their appeal, to file a Supplement Mosiychuk. The court has postponed consideration on October 2, " said the presiding judge.

first Mosiychuk went on hunger strike in protest against his arrest and pledged to accept the conclusion about the continuation or termination of the hunger strike after the consent of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin at a personal meeting.
