Adviser to the Minister said that the process in the border areas will be recruited border guards and national guard, cadets of higher educational institutions of the MIA. Stojko also drew attention to the fact that the Kiev-controlled territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions in the rule of law will assist also equipped with weapons forces of Ukraine and special battalions of the interior Ministry.

The Ukrainian Government has appointed elections to local authorities on 25 October. The Authorities of the self-proclaimed LNR appointed local elections on November 1, but in DND they are required to pass on 18 October.
