All parties to the conflict in the Donbas are required to make their own contribution to the settlement of the situation in Eastern Ukraine, however, the responsibility of different parties here, said the Ambassador of Germany in Moscow r?diger von Fritsch.

"To be success, needs input from both sides, but we should not forget that the responsibility in this conflict is very different.
