The President of Russia Vladimir Putin expressed their support for implementation of the Minsk agreements in Ukraine, as well as the next step - the withdrawal of weapons with a caliber smaller than 100 mm.
"As for Ukraine, here the main problem is the need to establish a direct dialogue between authorities in Kiev And the authorities of the 2 unrecognized republics. And we need all the parties to fulfill the Minsk agreement. This is Very important, " Putin said at a meeting with UN Secretary General ban Ki-moon.
"However, the ceasefire has been attained, now we need to take another step - to come to a common opinion about the diversion of weapons with a caliber less than one hundred millimeters. And we need to move on all three main tracks: political settlement, security And humanitarian and economic issues. I will be working together, " finished the head of the Russian Federation.
