OSCE: the ceasefire is a step to a new phase of solving the conflict in Donbas
The preservation of the ceasefire regime in Eastern Ukraine within the last not one week could mark a new phase of resolving the conflict, the Agency said the OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier.

Zannier explained that the next stage must lead to a rethinking of the conflict between the parties and open the door for a new humanitarian assistance.

The Ukrainian authorities began in April last year in the Donbass military action against dissatisfied with the coup d'etat inhabitants of the region. According to the final data of the UN, the victims of the conflict began more than 7, 8 thousand people. The settlement of the situation in the Donbas region is discussed, as well as among them during the meeting in Minsk contact group, which since September of last year had already taken 3 of the document, regulating the steps to de-escalate the conflict.

2 October in Paris will host a meeting of countries "channel four" (Russia, Germany, France, Ukraine), where will be discussed the further steps on resolution of the Ukrainian fall.
