The Federation Council on Wednesday is considering the use of Russian military power abroad. About this stated in the beginning of the meeting the speaker of the upper chamber of the Parliament Valentina Matvienko.

Among the speakers the head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Ivanov, head of the defense Department of the Federation Council Viktor Ozerov, 1st Deputy Chairman of the international Department Vladimir djabarov.
