Plenipotentiary representative proclaimed Donetsk national Republic in the negotiations in Minsk Denis Putilin believes that Kyiv was forced to sign the Treaty about the withdrawal from the contact line in the Donbass weapons of a caliber of less than 100 millimeters.

On Tuesday in Minsk agreement was initialed the withdrawal of certain weapons a caliber of 100 millimeters and tanks from the frontline in Donbass. On Wednesday, the document was signed by the head of the DND Alexander Zakharchenko. Before Putilin said that the Commissioner of Kiev in the contact group, ex-Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma also signed an agreement about the withdrawal of weapons.
