Carpenter signed a Treaty about the withdrawal of weapons with a caliber less than 100 mm
The head of the Luhansk national Republic Igor Carpenter on Wednesday signed a document about the diversion from the line of contact of the arms a caliber of less than 100 mm.
The withdrawal will be implemented in 2 stages. First will be allocated tanks, then artillery, then mortars. 1st phase shall commence two days after the full ceasefire and be completed within fifteen days. The duration of the 2nd stage, according to the plan, will amount to 24 days. So, the period of abstraction shall be 41 days, reports " Lugansk information center ".
According to the document, the Withdrawal begins in the North, in the area of responsibility of the people's militia LNR, then will be brought out weapons at the line of contact in DNR in sector South.
