The self-proclaimed head of the Luhansk national Republic Igor Carpentry on Wednesday signed a document about the diversion of weapons in the Donbas a caliber of less than 100 millimeters.

Chapter LNR signed the document in the presence of authorized Special monitoring mission of the OSCE.
