Rogozin said the statement of Moldova on the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Transnistria
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has responded to the Prime Minister of Moldova, told about the necessity of withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Transnistria.
"And did anything the Moldovan authorities to dialogue with Transnistria, except the blackmail, economic blockade and threats?" ? Rogozin wrote on his page on Twitter.
The Prime Minister of the Republic Valery Sagittarius, speaking on Wednesday at the UN General Assembly, said that Moldova insists on the withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Transnistria and the establishment of a civil international mission. In September 2014 the Minister of foreign Affairs of Moldova have called upon the Russian Federation from the rostrum of the UN General Assembly to withdraw peacekeepers from Transnistria. However, Moscow considers attempts extrusion from Transnistria Russian peacekeepers taken by Moldova and Ukraine, the unfriendly shares, undermining the foundations of peacekeeping operations. In October marks the 23rd anniversary since the beginning of the peacekeeping operation in Transnistria. World in conflict area support 402 Russian soldiers, 492 Transnistrian, 355 Moldovan and 10 military observers from Ukraine.
