The results of negotiations of leaders of Russia, France, Ukraine and Germany in Paris give hope for the implementation of the Minsk agreements and the resolution of the fall in Ukraine, told the Agency the speaker of the OSCE parliamentary Assembly Ilkka Kanerva.

The meeting of the presidents of Russia, France, Ukraine and Chancellor of Germany took place on the last working day of the week in the Elysee Palace, in a narrow format, the leaders talked approximately within one hour, after which the dialogue was continued in an expanded format.
