"If We fail to implement Minsk in full force this year, well, for example, full withdrawal of Russian troops and equipment, then, of course, punishment must be continued, it is possible that penalties will be strengthened. We're talking about this with the US, Canada, the European Union, by the group of seven ", - said Klimkin.
