The national Council of Ukraine increased fines for appeals to change the system in the air
The Ukrainian national Council on television and radio increased penalties for broadcasters and service providers for serious offences, And among them, the appeals to change the constitutional order in Ukraine, the proper resolution approved at the Board meeting on Thursday.

The amount of fines, according to the decision of the national Council, consisted of 25% of the amount of the license fee for media, not for more serious offences a penalty equal to 10 and 5% of the amount of the fee for the license.

"the story is about broadcasting on-air appeals to violent change of the constitutional order in Ukraine, calls for the unleashing of war, malicious action, or the imposition of, unreasonable display of violence, the imposition of exclusiveness, superiority or inferiority of persons on the grounds of their religious beliefs, ideology, belonging to this or that nation or race ", - informs the press service of the regulator of broadcasting.

in the national Council stressed that the decision will be submitted to the justice Ministry for registration, after which it still must approve the Cabinet.

Kiev has restricted broadcasting in Ukraine the number of Russian TV channels. And in June in Ukraine came into force a law that enables to impose a ban on the presentation of films and TV series that promote the power structures of Russia. The majority of Russian TV series is already banned in the Ukraine.
