Debts: violations of humanitarian law by Kiev and not investigated
Kiev violations of human rights and international humanitarian law remain not investigated and the perpetrators are not punished, said Commissioner of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on problems of human rights, democracy and rule of law Konstantin Dolgov.

"Still not investigated all flagrant violations of international humanitarian law and a war iniquity, and among them the tragedy in Odessa. Any investigation conducted, last meeting no progress was recorded, nobody was prosecuted, nobody punished, " Dolgov said on the last working day of the week at the meeting of the working group of the state Duma on the legal analysis of mandatory procedures and accepted in Ukraine, legal acts.

"periodically we bring data to our partners in the OSCE, UN, Council of Europe, and will continue to do so due to the importance of encouraging the Ukrainian authorities to stop the systematic violation of obligations in the field of human rights ", - the diplomat added.

The Ukrainian authorities in April of last year began military action against the self-proclaimed LNR and DND. According to the final data of the UN, the victims of the conflict began more than 8 thousand people. The settlement of the situation in the Donbas region is discussed, as well as among them, during meetings in Minsk the contact group, which since September of last year had already taken 3 of the document, regulating the steps to de-escalate the conflict.
