According to his statement, the American side expressed readiness "to agree on measures to prevent unintended incidents in the air space over the region of the crisis".

Earlier, Lavrov announced that Russia will continue "to pursue an independent, multi-vector that meets the interests of the state foreign policy in the interests of ensuring a reliable supply of the sovereignty of the state. With all this, the Minister stressed that cooperation with other political players Moscow refuses.

The head of the foreign Ministry also reported that the Western States have to meet certain conditions if they wish to cooperate with the Russian Federation. "Once again, we remain completely open to the resumption of full interaction with the European Union, and the United States.
