Olga Denisova. Egypt, Senegal, Ukraine, Uruguay and Sweden were elected as non-permanent members of the UN security Council resolution for the period of 2016-2017 years.

In the current year non-permanent membership in the security Council claimed five countries: Egypt and Senegal (from the African group), Ukraine (group of Eastern European countries), Uruguay (Latin America), Japan (group of the Asia-Pacific countries).
