The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov suggested to use in Russia the death penalty for terrorists. He is convinced that to contain dangerous criminals in prisons it is impossible - even where they continue to recruit allies.

To impose such a sanction for terrorists on air of TV channel "Russia 24" has offered the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov.

"Certainly need to use the death penalty. The sooner they're gone from this life, the sooner we will have the order", - quote "News" of the Chechen favorite. He added that keeping terrorists in prison is impossible. "And there they make you uncomfortable and recruit. The prophet said that where they show up, there will be blood, they need to be addressed. In consequence, they must be exterminated", - said Kadyrov.

"At the moment will claim that Kadyrov against Muslims. They are not Muslims. The prophet declares that they are not Muslims. I truly devout Muslim, I declare that our spiritual favorites, what they preach from the Quran," explained the head of Chechnya.

People who wish to destabilize the situation in Russia even with the help of terrorist acts are far beyond the power, he said. "Because now we are bombing them. The pilots of the Russian Federation demonstrate the patriotism, the courage, the determination, performing the command of the Supreme commander," stated Kadyrov.

"We see that other States did not welcome the Russian operation in Syria. But, America and Europe support a terrorist organization, although they almost always said, urged all to bomb, to destroy, to merge. Even our delegation was not adopted in America, to discuss the issue against these shaitans", - the politician reminded.

He acknowledged that in the ranks of the group "Islamic state" and are natives of Chechnya, but on the way back to them. Besides all this, the power structures are constantly combing the woods and mountains in the process of preventive events.
