in addition, 95 people registered from the OSCE / ODIHR, 72 - from the Ukrainian Congress of America Department, 54 - European network of organizations monitoring elections (ENEMO). Eleven more registered observers from the international Council on human rights, 10 - from the international public organization " Political initiative ", nine from the National democratic Institute of international relations and five from the division regions of the European Union.
