The government Commission on investigation of causes of accident of a boat off the coast of Odessa must submit a report on the results of the investigation to November 2, according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ukraine.

According to the summary data, on the boat there were 36 people, 22 people were rescued, 18 of them were taken to medical uredinia, 14 people lost their lives. Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk ordered to create a special Commission to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
