T.R. Knight is single again.

The former Grey`s Anatomy star has split with Mark Cornelsen, his boyfriend of nearly two years, a source close to the couple confirms to Usmagazine.com.

"There`s no drama," the source tells Us. "They are remaining friends."

Knight, 36, who came out in October 2006, met UCLA student Cornelson, now 20, at a Matthew Sheperd Foundation gala in L.A. in fall 2007. They began dating soon thereafter.

Last week, the actor confessed "I want a baby" on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I don`t know if it`s going to end up working out," he added, "but that would be something I would like."

In 2008, Knight told Us about Cornelson`s rapport with his former TV cast."[One of my Grey`s costars] in particular, I won`t mention names told me, `You know I like him more than I like you, right?`" he joked.
