The Supreme administrative Court of Ukraine started to consider the claim of the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Radical party Mosiychuk on the issue of violations against him, said Tuesday the press service of the Deputy on his page on Facebook.

in the middle of September the Parliament of Ukraine has deprived of privacy and consented to the arrest and detention of Mosiychuk. The consequence suspects him of taking bribes, hooliganism, threats and violence. The court ordered the measure of restraint in form of arrest for two months. Mosiychuk went on hunger strike in protest and pledged to make the conclusion about the continuation or the end of hunger strike after the consent of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin at a personal meeting.

"in the Supreme administrative court started consideration of the claim of the people's Deputy Igor Mosiychuk to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about the illegality of vote on September 17, 2015 for the deprivation of his privacy, prosecution under the criminal code and detention that took place with numerous violations of the rules and the law," - said the press service referring to the messenger of the Verkhovna Rada Arcadia Laptieva.

Mosiychuka first hospitalized, doctors diagnosed an ulcer 12 duodenal ulcer with bleeding.
