Yatsenyuk: the COP of Ukraine cannot consider the law on lustration
Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk believes that the current composition of the constitutional court of Ukraine can consider the case on the constitutionality of the law "about the cleansing power" (lustration).

on Thursday, the constitutional Court plans to consider further the question of the constitutionality of several provisions of the law on lustration.

"The government believes that due to the fact that eight members of the constitutional court of Ukraine are subject to the law of Ukraine" about the cleansing power ", such a thing cannot be considered the current composition of the constitutional court ", - said Yatsenyuk, opening the meeting of the Cabinet on Wednesday.

He said that the Government at the meeting of the court on Thursday will send my messenger, who will make legal the government's position on this issue.
