Two unknown men attacked in Odessa on the Ukrainian parliamentary agitator of the party " Opposition bloc ", a criminal case under two articles, informs the press service of the party on Wednesday.

Upon arrival, the doctor said the victim has numerous bruises, injury of the ulnar part of the right hand, a broken cheekbone and lip, " - said in the report.

The victim is placed at city clinical hospital, his condition is determined as satisfactory.

This attack is classified as "hooliganism with infliction of bodily harm" and " counteraction to legitimate activity of the political party ".

Local elections will be held in Ukraine next Sunday on the new electoral law. Regional, city and district councils will be elected under the proportional system with open lists, and elections of deputies of village and settlement councils - the majority system of relative majority. The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in the case of the 2nd round of elections of the mayor in the big cities - not later than November 20.
