Uzhgorod Prosecutor's office opened criminal proceedings in connection with the incorrectly printed ballots for the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine, informs the press service of the Ministry.

According to the head of regional election Commission Mikalai Slicko, void realized all 900 thousand ballots that are printed for the field.

"The investigative Department of Uzhgorod city Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region initiated criminal proceedings upon office negligence which has entailed heavy consequences ", - reported in the report published on the last working day of the week.

the Prosecutor stressed that because of an error in the ballots, the state of Ukraine suffered damage in the sum about 45 thousand dollars.
