The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko gave the order to make the Center of the system analysis of problematic issues in relations with the Russian Federation, informs a press-service of the head of the country on the first day of the weekend.

The corresponding decree was signed by Poroshenko October 23.

"The center is formed from the National Institute for strategic studies as an independent Department for system analysis of problem issues in relations with the Russian Federation, proposing the maintenance of national interests of Ukraine ", - is informed in the report.

in a press-service of the President stressed that the main tasks of the Center will be the development of practical recommendations in the formation of Ukrainian state policy concerning the Russian Federation. President of the Centre will be appointed to the position of Director of the National Institute for strategic studies.
