Klitschko: flawed elections will not greatly affect the result
The mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko said that fixed election violations will not significantly affect the result, according to him, the turnout of voters in the capital was 42%.

"There were over 200 messages on violations during the voting, however, any significant violations that would have resulted in annulment of results in certain areas not documented" - quoted expression Klitschko's press service.

Local elections were held in Ukraine on Sunday on the new electoral law. In small towns with population over 90 thousand people, the mayor was elected by a simple majority vote, and in large has the opportunity to be assigned to a second round if none of the candidates will be able to gain an absolute majority (50% plus one vote).

The results must be determined before November 4 and made public for five days, and in case of holding the 2nd round in the big cities - not later than November 20.

in Kiev took place the elections of the mayor and city Council. First were presented the data of exit polls, conducted by Ukrainian public organization " Department of voters of Ukraine ". They demonstrate that Klitschko reaches 40, 4% of voters came to the polls. To enable elections in one round must gain more than 50% of the vote.
