Observers of Ukraine and Canada will fly over Russia
During the open skies Treaty over Russia will make a sightseeing flight inspectors from Ukraine and Canada, said the head of the national center for reducing nuclear danger Sergey Ryzhkov.

As emphasized in the Ministry of defence, aircraft control C-130J is not equipped to carry and use any weapon. The Treaty on open skies ? multilateral international Treaty, signed on 24 March 1992 in Helsinki by representatives of 23 member States of the OSCE. The purpose of the Agreement is to promote confidence-building among States through improvement of mechanisms for monitoring military activities and compliance with existing treaties in the field of supervision of weapons. The agreement establishes an "open skies" regime, which purpose ? to provide attendees the opportunity to conduct overflights of the territories of one another. To date, parties to the Treaty are found in 33 countries. The Russian Federation ratified the Treaty on open skies on may 26, 2001.
