The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should adopt a legislative decision that local Elections were held in the cities where they were broken because of the territorial commissions, said the CEC of Ukraine on the first day of the week.

on Sunday in Ukraine held local Elections, however, in Mariupol, Donetsk region they never took place, since areas of the city have not brought any papers. The elections also were not recognized in Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk region, Svatovo and Lysychansk, Luhansk region.

According to the head of the CEC of Ukraine Mikhail stations, only the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should create a special legal mechanism to give the citizens of Mariupol and Krasnoarmeysk the opportunity to realize their electoral rights.

"The failure of voting in Mariupol and Krasnoarmeysk, the head of the CEC explained the system of unlawful inaction of individual members of the city of Mariupol and Krasnoarmeisk city election commissions, which did not want to give 213 ballots to precinct election commissions in Mariupol and 37 precinct election commissions in Krasnoarmeysk
