Mintrans: on the negotiations with Ukraine will proceed from the interests of passengers and airlines
The Ministry of transport of Russia at negotiations with Ukraine on air transport will be profitable for the passengers and economic interests of the airline, told the head of the Ministry of transport of Russia Maxim Sokolov.

On Sunday the ban on air mail between the Russian Federation and Ukraine entered into force. On 12 October the Ministry of transport of Russia has received the notification of the State aviation administration of Ukraine about a complete stop of the air messages between Ukraine and Russia on October 25. For its part, the Federal air transport Agency has written to airlines of Ukraine of the notice on the prohibition of flights to the Russian Federation from October 25. October 23, Moscow made a proposal to Kiev to cancel the limits on direct air mail and in transit for Russian and Ukrainian airlines. Ukraine, with its own hand, made the proposal to consider removing mutual restrictions on transit flights. Ukrainian Minister of infrastructure Andriy Pivovarsky has said that the Russian airlines that fly to Crimea, will not be able to fly in cities of Ukraine and " will have this opportunity only if you give up the flights in the Crimea and paid a fine ".
