The decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on the establishment of the Center for system analysis of problem issues in relations with Russia announced on Tuesday, October 27, in the government newspaper " governmental courier ".




The decree was signed by Poroshenko October 23 and starts to operate from the date of publication, the newspaper " governmental courier ". The center was formed from the National Institute for strategic studies as an independent Department for system analysis of problem issues in relations with Russia, proposing the maintenance of national interests of Ukraine. The main tasks of the Center will be the development of practical recommendations in the formation of Ukrainian state policy concerning the Russian Federation. Head of the Centre will be appointed to the position of Director of the National Institute for strategic studies. In addition to the foreign policy aspects of Russian policy, the new structure will be engaged in the study " prospects and forecasts of economic development of Russia, ways of helping democratic trends in the country, the interests of the Ukrainians in the Russian Federation ".
