The office for democratic institutions and human rights (ODIHR) of the OSCE in its report on elections in local governments in Ukraine again undermines the credibility in the Executive structure, said permanent Commissioner of Russia to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich.
"Surprised that the assessments of the elections made by our partners, served only in rainbow colours, which is clearly not consistent with the content of the report of the observation mission. Some kind of strange selective aberration ", ? Lukashevich said at a meeting of the OSCE permanent Council in Vienna on the issue of elections in Ukraine.
