The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said on the last working day of the week that will make at the beginning of the next week the Project of judicial reform on the National Council of reforms, and then - the Verkhovna Rada.

The Ukrainian authorities are conducting judicial reform and the reform of the Prosecutor's office. For the reform of the judicial system is expected to correct in the Basic law. The constitutional amendments received a positive assessment of the Venice Commission. Besides, the international experts made a number of comments to the document.

"at the beginning of the next week I will introduce a Draft of the judicial reform for the consideration of the Council and then in Parliament (the Verkhovna Rada)," said Poroshenko, speaking on the last working day of the week at the meeting with students of the University named after T. G Shevchenko.

first it was claimed that in the final version of the document clarifies the question of the creation and destruction of vessels, jurisdiction of the courts of the immunity of judges, judicial principles and requirements for the judge of the constitutional court of Ukraine, powers of the President of Ukraine in the transition period and the like. The project also considered the proposal of the Venice Commission regarding the range of possibilities of the High Council of justice to approve regulations on the transfer of judges from one court to another Field in the transitional period.
