Poroshenko told about the transition to a three-tier system of courts
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko believes a compelling case for the transition to three-level court system instead of four.

currently Ukraine is considering the option of transition to three-level court system instead of four. Planned liquidation of the specialized courts will employ only local, appellate And higher courts. The three-tier system of courts provides for the operation of the courts on the principles of territoriality, intentionnaly And specialization of judges, not courts, as in the four-level system.

"It (the idea of moving to a three-tier system - ed.) is popular. And I think that the arguments convincing. But when, in what period, on what schedule - it needs a separate discussion. The Constitution gives this opportunity ", - said on the last working day of the week Poroshenko, speaking at a meeting with students of Kyiv national University named after Shevchenko.

The Ukrainian authorities are conducting judicial reform And the reform of the Prosecutor's office. For the reform of the judicial system is expected to correct in the Basic law.
